Healthy living situated on three main areas namely: Exercise, eating right, and mental health. Your ability to exercise regularly, eat the right foods, and have a positive mental can make you stay away from the three major health problems are: cancer, heart disease and diabetes.

It should be remembered and noted, in all matters relating to health, we must be willing to consult with physician before starting any type of diet or starting a new physical routine. Since you may have physical conditions that need to be monitored and should be given consideration before you decide to do all kinds of activities such as a particular diet or exercise.

Exercise is something very important in a healthy lifestyle. Some experts report showed that exercise can reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Research experts recommend that every person must able to spend some time at least 30 minutes of the percentage of maximum heart rate to do some exercises that have an impact on healthy living.

There are many ways to exercise. Taking the time for 30 minutes at lunchtime for a walk, can cause great benefits to our bodies. Other sports such as swimming, cycling, or go to the gym for aerobic exercise is very beneficial to our bodies.

Exercise will help you keep your weight down. Being overweight can cause many problems including the three major health problems mentioned earlier. Exercising with the right content with your maximum heart rate is a great way to keep your heart healthy and prevent you from heart disease.

Eating right is also an important part of healthy living. A healthy, balanced diet is very important to maintain a healthy body and weight are appropriate. You must be very careful to maintain your nutritional intake when dieting. Many sources suggest to use some of the daily vitamin supplements to ensure you get the elements of the necessary nutrients for your body as a vitamin supplement can replace the elements of the nutrients lost during the diet.

New food pyramid now recommends 6 to 11 servings of bread, cereal, rice, grains, etc. per day. Pyramid also recommends 3 to 5 servings of vegetables, and 2 to 3 servings of fruit. Likewise, 2 to 3 servings of dairy-based products (yogurt, milk, cheese, etc.) and 2 to 3 servings of protein-rich foods such as meat, poultry, beans, eggs, nuts, etc.

Many studies of various fruits, vegetables, and even plants as anti-carcinogenic edibles. Consume more fruits and vegetables will help in keeping your weight down (to reduce the risk of diabetes), and lower your cholesterol levels (reducing the risk of heart disease).

Your mental health, such as your physical health, one which is also very important for healthy living. A poor mental state will affect your overall health and even have negative effects on your physical health. As many as 1 in 4 adults in the United States have been diagnosed with such a disease of mental illness.

One common problem is mental depression. Depression linked and can affect the immune system. Research has shown that 25% of all cancer patients suffer from depression before getting cancer.

Forty percent of people with heart disease have some sort of depression. It has been found between depression to diabetes and Alzheimer's disease.

Another anxiety is a mental health problem affects physical health. People with high anxiety, prone to increased blood pressure leading to heart disease, decreased immune system function, increased frequency of asthma attacks, increased stomach problems, and weight.
