Sometimes when we want to maintain a healthy lifestyle we often overlook some basic things that actually are some things that can help us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This may often happen to us lately. Some things may seem unreasonable, but if we follow it, we will be on the right path to achieve a healthy life.

Some of these are grouped into ten simple tips to reach healthy living, there are:
1. Drink plenty of water. It is recommended that we must consume 8-10 glasses per day. This includes the water that we get from food and other beverages we drink. A good tip is to drink a glass of water before eating. Because sometimes we're not really hungry but just dehydrated.

2. It is advisable to eat fresh fruit every day. But did you know that the best time to eat fruit is when you're eating or before eating. Because if you eat fruits directly after a meal your body will store it as an unused energy.

3. You should make sure that you eat foods which contain a protein in each of its that the body needs. Some very good sources of protein include fish, beans, meat, protein bars and shakes. The body really needs protein so make sure that you always get enough protein from food that you eat.

4. Avoid some recent foods. Such foods include potatoes, white bread, instant oatmeal and french fries. Because these foods are very quickly broken down into sugar by the body.

5. Exercise regularly. If you do not often exercise immediately start slowly by using the ways that are in simple exercises. Select the exercise you like. Because if you like it will be good for long-term future. Take the time you work a minimum of 30 minutes or more to exercise, between 3 to 5 times a week. Because this will give you extra energy and helps improve your mood. Begin slowly to incorporate some weight training with exercises that you like. This is the best way to increase your metabolism naturally.

6. Include raw vegetables into your daily diet. Some nutritionists recommend vegetables with darker color, because this type of vegetables rich in nutrients. Choose vegetables that are dark green, orange, purple and a bit dark. Because vegetables with color like these are vegetables that have many nutrients.

7. You should eat small meals with a snack. Eat every two to three hours would be optimal. This will help you to increase your metabolism naturally and is very important to obtain a healthy weight. Peanut butter on a cracker is one good example of snack that you should consume. Do not wait until you are too hungry. Because it makes your body go into a state of fasting that can cause negative impact.

8. Use of fatty acids in your diet. Hemp seeds that grow upwards is one food that can be included in food when eating, because it is rich in fiber.

9. Eating foods high in fiber. This type of food will help you control cholesterol levels and help you feel fuller. Some examples of these foods are whole grains, fibrous vegetables and nuts. You may also be able to use some supplements as a substitute. But make sure you always consult your physician before using supplements.

10. Nuts and seeds are the best source to get the essential fatty acids. But you have to limit it, just a mere handful. Fatty acids not only help us burn fat in the body but also ensure we have the hair, skin and nails healthy.
