Healthy Living – Health is Wealth

One quote or proverb is most often used in health is "Health is Wealth".

It is true, taking care of your health is something that is compulsory and is more important than taking care of your property.

One common fact is that the desire and the habit always different between individuals, the factors that contribute to the desires and habits is the place where you live, the community environment where you live, a geography where you live etc.. The most determining factor is how you build your mental, and of course this way is unique and always different for each individual. Where an individual is always live as his/her wish and the habit him/herself.

Healthy living can be achieved without compromising any of your desire or habit. The trick is to choose the desire or habit of the best, add a good dose of or guidance and point towards an ideal lifestyle and healthy.

Sentience is something that distinguishes and separates humans from other forms of life on earth. As a human we should be able to use our consciousness to define and achieve what is best in our lives. However, this article will not discuss more about how to empower our consciousness, but more emphasis on the topic of healthy living, the reasons and tools for healthy living.

While browsing the internet, I found the definition of Health in Wikipedia. This definition is contained in the pages of the World Health Organization (WHO), said that there when WHO was established in 1948, Health was defined as a "state of complete physical, mental and social welfare" well-being and not just the "absence of disease or infirmity." This means that health is not only emphasized the absence of physical illness but to the overall state of complete and good. We realize that mental and social well-being depends on external factors and not be entirely within our control. But we must strive to always keep some of this so that is always good.
Food habits, hygiene, physical exercise and rest, if its all kept, will affect the resilience of physical health and make life more comfortable. Something general that the cleanliness will always keep us from a number of diseases. Wash hands before eating, physical hygiene, washing clothes, etc. will help us always far from various infectious diseases.

Diet, although largely depending on education and social background, can be adjusted to provide optimal nutrition without sacrificing taste and desire. Pain can be obtained. I personally enjoy the young pumpkin, which taste very delicious.


Physical activity is a deficiency in our settled lifestyle. If we can not take the time to walk in the morning, we should be able to discover and take advantage of our free time to exercise. Make yourselve available to clean your residence will provide physical exercise and also beneficial to you and to keep your residence clean. Prefer to use the stairs instead of using the elevator will help save electricity and especially to have an impact on your physical.

The last but not least is rest. We must always charge our batteries with the rest. Sleep is one of the best forms of resting, sleep may help the flow of substances in the physical. But do not sleep too long because it actually would bring negative impact on other parts. A long sleep will not help your mental battery charge. Dinner earlier, a good walk and a glass of hot milk will help some people who always have a problem with the sleep. This may not be a cure for insomnia, but it can help to some extent.

Mental and social welfare are also important, but as I stated before, this largely depends on external factors. Always stay away from trouble and always keep emotions can contribute to good for your mental. Practicing meditation, prayer, yoga, etc. can really help you. Actively participating in several series of events, religion activity, can also help foster the mental and may also be a good influence on your social life.
